Our Story
In 2019, the Danish Bakery found new stewards in Justin and Kelsie Wilson and their four rambunctious kids. The legacy of this beloved bakery, once under the expert hands of Tom the Danish Baker, was passed on to a familiar face.Kelsie, who spent her childhood helping out at the bakery, particularly on Thursday night pizza nights, has come full circle. Now Justin and Kelsie are working hard to develop the Bakery and take it to new heights while still maintaining a value for the tight knit community in Dannebrog, Grand Island and further. Together, they invite you to be a part of their journey, as they continue to create delicious memories and celebrate the bakery's legacy.
